This 5,280 SF remodel was performed while the clinic was in full operation and therefore extreme precautions needed to be taken for this maternal/fetal clinic serving expectant mothers. The tenant improvement included the addition of exam rooms, ultrasound rooms, as well as a break room. All of these additions were complemented with new flooring and paint.
